1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original state, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number and email so we can assist you faster.

How to Initiate: Please contact us at contact@baool.com to start the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. What Issues Are Covered
We are happy to assist if:

You received the wrong item.

You experienced a quality concern.

You changed your mind or ordered the wrong style/size.
Note: To help our quality team improve future products, we may ask for a quick photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as flowers or plants).

Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.
4. Exchanges

Fastest Way to Exchange: To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, the best way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Replacements: If you prefer a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, we will ship it at no extra cost.
5. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
6. Refund Processing

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

7. BAOOL 1-Year Warranty
All Baool items come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Simply send us your original proof of purchase.
